Centro Escolar Integrated School (CEIS) concluded the second day of the Malolos City Private Schools Association (MACIPRISA) sports competition with a compelling display of athletic skills, resulting in a significant haul of wins and medals across both the High School and Elementary division games.
The High School Basketball teams competed in both the Men's 5v5 and Men and Women's 3x3 formats. The Men's 5v5 team in both divisions and the Women’s team battled against La Consolacion University of the Philippines (LCUP), which all resulted in tough losses. CEIS then secured their first win in Men's 3x3 against LAMS, followed by a decisive win in Men's 5v5 against Immaculate Conception School of Malolos (ICSM). They faced another 3x3 loss against ICSM before wrapping up the 5v5 competition with a victory over St. Clement Academy (SCA) for the High School Men’s team and HSAM for the Elementary Boy’s Team.

The High School Volleyball teams were equally effective. The High School Men’s team achieved a two-set sweep against Bulacan Ecumenical School (BES). The Women’s team accomplished a thrilling three-set win against ICSM before losing to HSAM in two close sets. On the other hand, the Elementary Women's team battled through a tight three-set match but fell to HSAM.

Ball games aside, other sports like Taekwondo further contributed to the medal count from Kyorugi (Sparring) and Poomsae events across the divisions.

High School Kyorugi: Silver Medal
Individual excellence continued to shine bright as CEIS cemented its dominance in intellectual sports where chess participants proudly received their awards.

The CEIS Badminton teams demonstrated strong performance across both Singles and Doubles categories, securing multiple medals. The Men's Singles B and Women's Singles B categories were highly competitive, with both teams fighting their way to the finals to secure medals against opponents.

Leaving the courts and floors, the competitive energy flowed in the waters as the participants of the swimming team splashed their way to securing multiple top finishes and relay wins.

Whilst the athletes of CEIS Scorpions saw tremendous success, the representatives for the academics event were also able to make historic achievements, proudly demonstrating their excellence and brainpower.

On the other hand, the complex whole of the cultural event was heating up into a spectacle. Pencils were sharpened, and marvelous voices were honed. Participants in these categories anticipated a competitive matchup, considering that many of the other schools had talented individuals who showed up not for the sole purpose of participating, but also to conquer.
Nevertheless, the CEIS’ participants showed triumph as they performed exceptionally in their respective categories, snatching a handful placements, showing the immaculate talents of the Escolarians.

CEIS saw multiple victories in various categories. These successes are not merely because of luck, but acquired through hours of hardwork, sleepless nights, and the stinging determination to gain glory.
Despite the losses that some participants suffered, the MACIPRISA 2025 is a reminder that winning is not always guaranteed, and there will always be another chance for success.
Congratulations to all the Escolarians who never gave up on their dreams and aspirations! The 2nd day of MACIPRISA 2025 is a monumental accomplishment for many, and the CEIS Scorpions desire to witness even more success on the last day of what looks to be a historic sporting event.
